2. Reservation confirmation

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your reservation confirmation. You must present this document, either printed or on any mobile device, so that the reservation code and details are clearly visible.

3. Payment methods

On https://lanzaroteairporttransfers.co.uk/ you can pay for your reservations using:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal

Card payments are processed through the secure Stripe gateway. Lanzarote Airport Transfers never has access to your card data.

4. Order cancellation policy

To cancel a reservation, notify us by email at booking@canariestransfers.com.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service: no penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service: no refund.

5. Returns and refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 24 hours after the service: considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund for services fully provided and used.

Requests must be sent to booking@canariestransfers.com, indicating your reservation number and the reason for your claim.

6. Security, buyer protection, and cookies policy

Lanzarote Airport Transfers guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data you provide. All data is stored in protected systems in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability free of charge by emailing booking@canariestransfers.com or by writing to Calle Doctor Juan de Padilla, 60, 2B, 35002 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

7. Service conditions

The services booked (transfers, tours, etc.) will be provided at the date, time, and location indicated in your reservation. Any change of pickup or drop-off location must be requested at least 24 hours in advance by emailing booking@canariestransfers.com.

8. Privacy and data protection policy

The personal data collected on this website will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and only to manage your reservations. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint, you may request the official complaint form by emailing booking@canariestransfers.com or by calling +34 634 19 90 10.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to this platform or the services offered will be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will have jurisdiction, unless current regulations explicitly assign jurisdiction to another court.
